DigitalOcean is a developer-focused cloud infrastructure provider offering Droplets (virtual machines), managed Kubernetes, App Platform, managed databases, and object storage. It is renowned for developer-friendly simplicity and transparent pricing — the preferred cloud platform for developers, startups, and SaaS teams who find AWS, GCP, and Azure overly complex.

The affiliate program pays 10% of a referred user’s monthly cloud spend every month for 12 full months, managed through CJ Affiliate with monthly bank transfer or check payouts and a $50 minimum threshold. A referral spending $500/month generates up to $600 in cumulative commissions over the full 12-month earning window.

With a highly recognized brand in the developer and startup ecosystem, no earnings cap, and a revenue model that scales with customer cloud spend, DigitalOcean is an ideal program for developer educators, DevOps content creators, SaaS founders, and startup-focused publishers who can authentically recommend cloud infrastructure services.
